Terms and Conditions for The Brighton Lights Ticket Purchase
General Terms
By purchasing a ticket for The Brighton Lights, you agree to comply with all event rules and regulations.
Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket.
Tickets can be swapped up to 72 hours before the event, dependent on availability. Please email info@thebrightonlights.co.uk to enquire about transferring tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Admission
Admission to the event is subject to availability and the capacity of the venue.
The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without providing a refund for any reason, including but not limited to unruly behaviour or failure to comply with event rules and regulations.
Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
The event organisers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur.
Photography and Filming
By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. Any such material may be used by the event organisers without compensation.
Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the event.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event, ticket holders will be notified, and information regarding refunds or rescheduled dates will be provided as applicable.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event.
Unruly behaviour, harassment, or any actions that disrupt the event or harm other attendees will not be tolerated.
Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organisers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Alcohol and Substance Use
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Event
The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
Force Majeure
The event organisers are not liable for any failure to perform or delays resulting from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, strikes, or government and local authority orders.
